Apollo Hospitals Enterprise approves allotment of 3276922 warrants

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 05, 2011 approved the allotment of 3,276,922 Warrants convertible into equity shares to Dr. Prathap C. Reddy, with each warrant convertible into one equity share of the Company of nominal value of Rs. 5/- each at a price of Rs. 472.46 which includes a premium of Rs. 467.46 per share. The warrants shall be convertible into equity shares at any time within 18 months from the date of allotment.

The stock closed the day at Rs.459.65, down by Rs.9.35 or 1.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.474.65 and low of Rs.456.10.
