DLF allots 12864 Shares under ESOP

DLF Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors has allotted 12,864 Equity Shares (face value of Rs. 2/- each) upon exercise of Options by the employees under the Company's Employees Stock Options Scheme. The Date of Allotment is February 04, 2011.

The stock closed the day at Rs.237.20, down by Rs.6.75 or 2.77%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.244.60 and low of Rs.233.05.

The total traded quantity was 40.38 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 24.43 lakhs.
