Rama Paper Mills EGM approves allotment of 2083333 shares at Rs.36 per share

Rama Paper Mills Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 05, 2007, have approved the allotment of 2083333 to the following persons:

The allotment would be strictly on the basis of Securities Exchange Board of India guidelines. The Offer price fixed at the Extraordinary General Meeting is Rs 36/- per share (including premium of Rs 26/- per share).

The shares of Rama Paper Mills opened the day in BSE at Rs.25.50 and traded at Rs.31.90, up by Rs.2.10 (up 7.05%) over its previous close of Rs.29.80. The stock has a 52 week high of Rs.45.50 and low of Rs.20.35.
