Eco Recycling approves issue of 8 lakh warrants

Eco Recycling Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 03, 2011, has considered and approved the issue of 8,00,000 (Eight Hundred Thousand) Convertible Equity Warrants on preferential basis to Bennett, Coleman & Company Limited, as per the norms of the SEBI.

The stock closed the day at Rs.46.80, up by Rs.2.20 or 4.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.46.80 and low of Rs.44.

The total traded quantity was 0.32 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.16 lakhs.
