Geojit BNP Paribas allots 169013 shares under ESOP

Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 169013 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1 each to employees of the Company and subsidiaries on February 01, 2011 upon exercise of stock options under Employees Stock Option Plan 2005.

The stock closed the day at Rs.26.30, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.26.80 and low of Rs.26.05.

The total traded quantity was 0.13 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.24 lakhs.
