Encore Software to issue warrants on preferential basis

Encore Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 05, 2007 has decided to convene an Extra ordinary General Meeting on March 30, 2007 to issue 50,48,500 warrants to Promoters and Strategic Investors on Preferential basis.
