Vakrangee Softwares allots 65348 Equity Shares upon ESOP Scheme

Vakrangee Softwares Ltd has announced that the Remuneration and Compensation Committee at its meeting held on January 29, 2011 has allotted 65,348 numbers of Equity Shares having Face Value of Rs. 10/- each to the employees and Directors of the Company (the Allottees) as per the "Vakrangee Softwares Limited ESOP Scheme 2008".

Post allotment of 65,348 shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, the Company's issued and paid share capital is at 22561513 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each amounting to Rs. 22,56,15,130/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.288.75, down by Rs.1.30 or 0.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.291.05 and low of Rs.285.

The total traded quantity was 1.08 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.67 lakhs.
