Gitanjali Gems to consider issue of securities on Feb 02, 2011

Gitanjali Gems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2011, to consider fund raising plans of the Company including Issuance of Convertible Bonds/ Equity Shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.200.40, up by Rs.5.05 or 2.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.204.25 and low of Rs.156.35.
