Ind-Swift Laboratories allots 10 lakh shares

Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2011, inter alia, has allotted 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 40/- per shares to Promoters Group upon the conversion of 10,00,000 Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Warrants (2009 Series).

The stock was trading at Rs.95.75, up by Rs.2.20 or 2.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.103.90 and low of Rs.89.90.

The total traded quantity was 2.15 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.31 lakhs.
