Eco Recycling Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 03, 2011, to consider the issue of convertible equity warrants on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.45.90, up by Rs.2.15 or 4.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.45.90 and low of Rs.41.60.
