Arihant Foundations to consider conversion of warrants on Feb 03, 2011

Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 03, 2011, to consider the Conversion of outstanding 11,20,000 convertible warrants in to 11,20,000 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each and allotment of the said equity shares to the concerned allottees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.85.10, down by Rs.9.35 or 9.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.85.15 and low of Rs.85.

The total traded quantity was 51 compared to 2 week average of 262.
