IDFC allots 182150 shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has announced that The Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on January 27, 2011 and allotted 1,82,150 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

The stock closed the day at Rs.152.80, down by Rs.4.15 or 2.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.158.45 and low of Rs.151.25.

The total traded quantity was 4.26 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 7.39 lakhs.
