Rama Pulp & Papers approves conversion of 2250000 warrants

Rama Pulp & Papers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2011, inter alia, has approved the conversion of 22,50,000 Warrants into equal number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.14.85, up by Rs.0.40 or 2.77%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.25 and low of Rs.14.50.

The total traded quantity was 9222 compared to 2 week average of 9848.
