Geometric allots 115920 shares

Geometric Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2011, inter alia, has approved allotment of 1,15,920 (One Lakh Fifteen Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty) Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on the exercise of vested stock options under the ESOP Scheme 2009 and ESOP Scheme 2009 - Employees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.80.15, down by Rs.1.35 or 1.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.83.70 and low of Rs.79.

The total traded quantity was 2.41 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.36 lakhs.
