Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 37900 Shares pursuant to ESOS

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Operations Committee Meeting held on January 21, 2011 allotted 37,900 shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.326.75, up by Rs.9.65 or 3.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.331.70 and low of Rs.315.

The total traded quantity was 2.47 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.62 lakhs.
