Everest Industries allots Equity Shares under ESOS

Everest Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 18, 2011, has allotted the Equity Shares to the Employees of the Company under the Employees Stock Option Schemes.

760 Equity Shares were allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2006, 16,162 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2007 and 16,450 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2008.

The stock closed the day at Rs.175.55, up by Rs.1.80 or 1.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.177.80 and low of Rs.172.

The total traded quantity was 1610 compared to 2 week average of 4680.
