L&T allots 1047117 Shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 10,47,117 (Ten Lakh Forty Seven Thousand One Hundred Seventeen only) shares today to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1681.15, down by Rs.28.20 or 1.65%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1732 and low of Rs.1720.

The total traded quantity was 8.55 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.56 lakhs.
