Lakshmi Overseas Industries to issue warrants

Lakshmi Overseas Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 06, 2007, inter alia, for considering to issue 6,30,000 warrants each convertible into 5 equity shares of Rs 2 each at premium of Rs 185/- per share to M/s. Ganeshay Overseas Industries Ltd (Promoter Group Company) on preferential basis.
