Unichem Laboratories allots 3750 shares

Unichem Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 15, 2011, inter alia, allotted and issued 3,750 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008 of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.207.80, down by Rs.16.60 or 7.40%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.226.35 and low of Rs.196.

The total traded quantity was 11764 compared to 2 week average of 7729.
