ICICI Bank allots 8545 Equity Shares

ICICI Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 8,545 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on January 10, 2011 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock closed the day at Rs.1068.90, up by Rs.45.70 or 4.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1072.20 and low of Rs.1024.60.

The total traded quantity was 11.33 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 5.81 lakhs.
