ACI Infocom allots 29 lakh shares

ACI Infocom Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 01, 2011, has issued and allotted 29,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each issued at a premium of Rs. 17/- per share to other investors (Non Promoters) on preferential allotment basis in accordance with the resolution passed by the members through Postal Ballot which was declared on December 13, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.34.65, down by Rs.0.35 or 1%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.75 and low of Rs.34.

The total traded quantity was 4250 compared to 2 week average of 5945.
