Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd has announced that the ESOPs Allotment Committee of Directors vide Resolution by Circulation passed on January 11, 2011, allotted 211,615 Equity Shares on exercise of stock options wider the Employees Stock Option Scheme(s) of the Company. The paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 421,252,308 Equity Shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating Rs. 2,106,261,540/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.562.80, down by Rs.4.55 or 0.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.574.30 and low of Rs.555.
