Ispat Industries to issue FCNs aggregating US$ 500 million

Ispat Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 02, 2007, has been decided to issue Foreign Currency Notes (FCNs) aggregating upto US$ 500 Million, subject to further requisite approvals / consents.
