UltraTech Cement allots 1630 shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme

UltraTech Cement Ltd has announced that The ESOS Compensation Committee has on January 06, 2011 allotted 1,630 equity shares of Rs. 10/- of the Company to Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

On allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 27,40,34,678 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 2,74,03,46,780/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.990, up by Rs.0.30 or 0.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1003.95 and low of Rs.966.

The total traded quantity was 3250 compared to 2 week average of 17968.
