JSL Stainless allots 1733620 Equity Shares on conversion of FCCBs

JSL Stainless Ltd has announced that on January 07, 2011, the Company has allotted 17,33,620 equity shares of Rs.2/- each to 'Goldman Sach Investments (Mauritius) I Ltd. FCCB' upon conversion of 950 - 0.50% FCCBs amounting to USD 47,50,000.

Consequent upon the above said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs.37,11,64,344/- to Rs.37,46,31,584/- divided into 18,73,15,792 equity shares of Rs.2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.103.30, down by Rs.3.20 or 3%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.107.70 and low of Rs.102.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.22 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.31 lakhs.
