Rishi Packers approves allotment of 6 lakh shares

Rishi Packers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 03, 2011, has approved the allotment of 6,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 0.10/- per share (Issue Price Rs. 10.10/- per share) on Preferential basis.

The allottees include, Mr. Harshad Patel - 1,50,000 Shares, Mrs. Rashmi J. Sheth - 1,50,000 Shares and 3. Centennial Finance Ltd. - 3,00,000 Shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.12.66, up by Rs.0.60 or 4.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.66 and low of Rs.12.63.

The total traded quantity was 1915 compared to 2 week average of 3211.
