Shriram Transport Finance allots 622450 Equity Shares

Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has announced that on exercise of the options by the employees, the Company has allotted 6,22,450 equity shares to 227 employees at the Allotment Committee's Meeting held on December 06, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.831.80, down by Rs.27.35 or 3.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.868.55 and low of Rs.818.

The total traded quantity was 0.10 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.05 lakhs.
