Indian Infotech & Software to forfeit 405499 shares

Indian Infotech & Software Ltd has announced that in the Meeting of the Board of Directors of M/s Indian Infotech & Software Limited held on November 23, 2010, the Board of Directors have decided to forfeit 405499 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each (Paid up Rs. 2.50/- each) on which the holders of such shares have not paid the unpaid call money in spite of Final Notice sent to them to make payment thereof on or before November 13, 2010.
