Indusind Bank allots 6160 shares

Indusind Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 6,160 (Six Thousand One Hundred Sixty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on November 23, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pan passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.

The stock was trading at Rs.289.10, up by Rs.0.45 or 0.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.292.75 and low of Rs.285.

The total traded quantity was 1.69 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.74 lakhs.
