EID Parry India allots 48628 equity shares

EID Parry India Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 48628 equity shares arising out of exercise of employee stock option, granted under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007.

With this allotment the number of equity shares outstanding is 8,65,46,158 and the paid-up equity share capital is Rs. 17,30,92,316/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.483.70, down by Rs.0.85 or 0.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.508 and low of Rs.475.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.15 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.50 lakhs.
