Praj Industries grants 1950000 Options under ESOP

Praj Industries Ltd has announced that in the Compensation and Share Allotment Committee Meeting of the Company held on November 16, 2010, the Company has granted 1,950,000 Options under fourth grant of Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP 2005) to its eligible employees at the rate of Rs. 72.70 per option, the closing price on NSE as on November 15, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.70.70, down by Rs.1.90 or 2.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.74 and low of Rs.70.50.

The total traded quantity was 2.13 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.09 lakhs.
