Firstsource Solutions allots 73125 Shares under ESOS

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors, Mr Carl Saldanha, Global CFO of the Company, has on November 16, 2010 approved the allotment of 73,125 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the employees / ex-employees of the Company under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs 4,301,381,820 consisting of 430,138,182 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.24.05, down by Rs.0.25 or 1.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.24.80 and low of Rs.23.30.

The total traded quantity was 8.53 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 8.93 lakhs.
