PNB Housing Finance Ltd allots 13250 shares

PNB Housing Finance Ltd has, on June 18, 2019 allotted 13,250 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each bearing distinctive numbers from 168050914 to 168064163 (both numbers inclusive) under ESOP scheme of the Company.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 168,06,41,630 consisting of 16,80,64,163 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of PNB Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.784.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 769.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7232 in over 526 trades.
