Scanpoint Geomatics Ltd allots 43,33,819 Equity Shares

Pursuant to the closure of rights issue of Scanpoint Geomatics Limited, the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on today, i.e., June 24, 2019, approved the allotment of 43,33,819 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 23/- per Equity Share pursuant to the Rights Issue of Equity Shares of the Company in terms of Letter of Offer dated May 15,2019.

Pursuant to aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the Company has been increased from Rs. 9,01,71 ,398 divided into 4,50,85,699 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 9,88,39,036 divided into 4,94,19,518 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of SCANPOINT GEOMATICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.26.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 26.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7794 in over 35 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 27 and intraday low of 23.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 204358.
