DCB Bank Ltd allots 23900 shares

DCB Bank Ltd has issued and allotted 23,900 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on June 24, 2019, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank.

Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 30,97,95,648 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of DCB Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.230.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 228.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35934 in over 443 trades.
