YES Bank allots 1,258,275 shares

YES Bank has allotted 1,258,275 (Twelve Lakhs Fifty Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Five) equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each on June 26, 2019 under ESOP plans PESOP I and PESOP II - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,635,263,576/- consisting of 2,317,631,788 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 4,637,780,126/- consisting of 2,318,890,063 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.113.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 110.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4805320 in over 20204 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 114.65 and intraday low of 108.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 538820552.
