OK Play India EGM approves raising of funds upto US$ 15 million

OK Play India Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 22, 2007, have accorded to issue, offer and allot pursuant to international / domestic offerings in one or more foreign markets Global Depository Receipts (GDR) aggregate or equivalent not exceeding United States Dollars 15 Millions or equivalent amount in one or more currency in international offering, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
