Centrum Capital EGM approves issue of shares at Rs.244 per share

Centrum Capital Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 23, 2007, have accorded to offer, issue and allot 8,54,600 fully paid equity shares (face value of Rs 10/- each) in the Company at a rate of Rs 244/- per share i.e. at a premium of Rs 234/- per share aggregating to Rs 20,85,22,400/- ranking pari passu with the existing Equity Shares in all respect to M/s. Churu Trading Company Pvt Ltd without offering the same to the persons who at the date of offer are holders of the Equity Shares of the Company, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
