Reliance Industries allots 218416 equity shares pursuant to ESOS

Reliance Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 2,18,416 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, on October 22, 2010, pursuant to the Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.1094, up by Rs.3.65 or 0.33%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1099.70 and low of Rs.1087.55.

The total traded quantity was 2.20 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 8.76 lakhs.
