Greycells Education approves issue of 3.8 million shares

Greycells Education Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 21, 2010, has approved issue of upto 38,00,000 equity share warrants of Rs. 10/- each to Promoter and Non-Promoter entities on preferential allotment basis, subject to the approval of shareholders through postal ballot process and as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.53.55, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.58.60 and low of Rs.52.

The total traded quantity was 0.85 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.29 lakhs.
