Ind-Swift Laboratories allots 80 lakh warrants

Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 21, 2010, allotted 80,00,000 Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Warrants (Series 2010) to Promoters Group Companies and other Bodies Corporate at a price of Rs. 82.50/- per warrant.

The stock was trading at Rs.138.60, up by Rs.0.80 or 0.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.141.40 and low of Rs.137.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.56 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.24 lakhs.
