KDDL to allot 1687600 warrants on Oct 29, 2010

KDDL Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2010, inter alia, to allot 16,87,600 Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants on preferential basis to promoters and others.

The stock was trading at Rs.95, up by Rs.4.50 or 4.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.95 and low of Rs.90.10.

The total traded quantity was 5153 compared to 2 week average of 12476.
