Money Matters Financial Services allots 7117153 Equity Shares

Money Matters Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Securities Issue & Allotment Committee duly authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on October 20, 2010, approved allotment of 71,17,153 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each (pursuant to the provisions of Chapter VIII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, ("ICDR Regulations"), at an Issue Price of Rs. 625.25 per shares (including a premium of Rs. 615.25 per share) to 25 applicants as per the list tabled and approved by the Committee.

The stock was trading at Rs.698, up by Rs.5.35 or 0.77%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.703 and low of Rs.685.15.

The total traded quantity was 2.05 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.54 lakhs.
