Shrenuj & Company to allot 39,44,500 warrants to promoters

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced that at the Meeting of the Committee constituted for issue of Share Warrants to the Promoters on preferential basis, which was held on February 20, 2007 has decided to issue and allot 39,44,500 Optionally Fully Convertible Share Warrants of Rs 2/- each to the promoter group at a premium of Rs 49.55 per share.
