MindTree allots 31956 Equity Shares

MindTree Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 6,565 equity shares of Rs. 50/- each fully paid on October 15, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2001 Stock Option Plan (Program 2).

Further, the Company has allotted 7,130 equity shares of Rs. 250/- each fully paid on October 15, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(a) Stock Option Plan (Program 3).

Further, the Company has allotted 18,174 equity shares (of which 13,054 are of Rs. 300/- each, 275 are of Rs. 315/- each, 4,750 are of Rs. 335/- each and 95 are of Rs. 419/- each) fully paid on October 15, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(b) Stock Option Plan (Program 4).

Further, the Company has allotted 87 equity shares (of which 87 are of Rs. 138.88/- each) fully paid on October 15, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under 2008 A Stock Option Plan (Program 5).

The stock was trading at Rs.519, up by Rs.5.35 or 1.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.531.85 and low of Rs.518.15.

The total traded quantity was 7016 compared to 2 week average of 11237.
