Bombay Rayon Fashions to close GDR issue

Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has informed that on October 18, 2010, on getting fully subscribed, the Company has decided to close the issue of 16,000,000 Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) to the persons resident outside India.

The stock closed the day at Rs.252.60, down by Rs.2.45 or 0.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.257.90 and low of Rs.249.

The total traded quantity was 1.31 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.54 lakhs.
