Capital Trust to consider preferential issue on Oct 21, 2010

Capital Trust Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2010, inter-alia, to discuss and consider the issue of equity shares and warrants on preferential basis to investors and promoters as per SEBI guidelines.

The stock closed the day at Rs.64.65, up by Rs.1.05 or 1.65%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.65.60 and low of Rs.60.60.
