Indusind Bank allots 187265 shares

Indusind Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 1,87,265 (One Lakh Eighty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on October 18, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.

The stock closed the day at Rs.261.35, down by Rs.6.30 or 2.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.268.70 and low of Rs.256.50.

The total traded quantity was 3.20 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.35 lakhs.
