Uflex approves Part conversion of FCCBs into 706369 equity shares

Uflex Ltd has announced that three FCCB holders have exercised the option to convert the FCCBs into equity shares, to the extent of US $ 2,300,000.

Accordingly, in terms of Offering circular, Company has allotted 706,369 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the FCCB holders.

The stock closed the day at Rs.302.50, down by Rs.9.95 or 3.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.315 and low of Rs.273.75.

The total traded quantity was 20.24 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 16.33 lakhs.
