Micro Technologies allots 100000 Shares on Conversion of Warrants

Micro Technologies (India) Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 15, 2010, has approved the allotment of 100000 equity shares to M/s. Jayanthi Shekhar, Promoter & Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to the conversion of 100000 warrants which had been allotted @ Rs. 138.29/- on December 24, 2009.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has gone up from 13,819,634 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 13,819,634 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.206.50, down by Rs.4.55 or 2.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.209.70 and low of Rs.205.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.12 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.52 lakhs.
